A large housing authority needed to complete a high-volume inspection project with multiple inspectors working simultaneously. Thousands of photos and inspection records had to be captured throughout the project while maintaining complete data integrity. Any lost images, duplicate uploads, or synchronization failures could delay reporting and require costly rework.
The Solution
Inspect Edge’s Offline Smart Sync architecture allowed inspectors to continue working regardless of internet connectivity. Each inspection, photo, and deficiency was securely stored on the device and uploaded automatically when a connection became available.
